Measurement of Antimicrobial Stewardship Outcomes

Antimicrobial Stewardship consists of interventions designed to optimize antimicrobial use according to the needs of each site. The main goals are to improve patient outcomes, minimize antibiotic adverse effects, decrease the selection of pathogenic organisms such as C. difficile and reduce antimicrobial resistance. Please click on the links below for further information on our various initiatives and their outcome measures.
